I've got my PC opened now, is it a long thin looking thing that can pop out? Im trying to see where it is so i can find it in my new computer. My new computer is not playing ANY SOUND at all. It'll play the error noise but nothing else.

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly. that's what windows says add me to messenger you guys damn_good_stamina@yahoo I need HELP BIG TIME!

Yes, it's behind the plug in for the spearkers unless you have an "on board" sound card that is built right into the motherboard. Make sure you ground yourself before reaching around in there. You could have a static discharge and short out your computer. Also UNPLUG the computer from the wall. You don't want to get shocked!

Follow the cables would be your easiest solution. It is either plugged into a PCI slot or it is built-in on the motherboard.

Have fun!

depending on your computer, it can be a card in the PCI slot, or it can be built in on your motherboard.

If there's something specific you need to do, add it in the details and I can help you get through it.
