I get to travel in my work so I get to go to games free all over the country and the thing I've noticed the Steelers fans are the nastiest group of people. These people are rude beyond belief. The times that I've had to travel to that little "Dirt Hole" pittsburgh I always feel I'm in a third world country...I think they call it the arm pit of Pennsylvania or something like that...but what's worse are there nasty fan base.

Did you ever think that you are the "Dirt Hole"...I've seen fans of other teams much worse than Steeler fans. Cleveland fans have a thing for throwing garbage on their field! Don't mistake a die-hard Steeler fan for being rude! Steeler fans are rooted in the tradition of football and their team, which is obviously something you know nothing about. I've been to places much worse than Pittsburgh and THANK GOD that I don't live or have to deal with the idiots that live in other places! And YES, I am a Pittsburgher and a Steelers fan!

Christ, they booed Santa Claus in Philly. My advice to you would be , Get another job &stay outta the 'Burgh. Steeler fans don't come & go like most other teams fans, we're born with our team & we'll die with our team. Any where they play, the stands look like Heinz Field. NO other teams fans travel as far or as often to support their team. If you don't like us, go to a Starbucks in Seattle, put your pinky up in the air(or somewhere else) & have a good cry with the rest of the losers about how those big, mean Steelers stole the game from us. BOO HOO !!!

Football fans in general are worse then most other sports fans (in America of course...soccer in Europe...no explanation needed) For all of you who said any other teams though, go to a Raiders game

Well, they could be, but there must also be people who are not nasty little slobs like the people you're describing. My sister's a Steeler's fan, and she's really nice.

You seem pretty ingnorant yourself, and if your business pays for you to go to games, please let me know what business so I know not to buy stock in them. If they are dumb enough to hire a moron like you...their management must not be all that great.
Nasty was when I was at the Cincy game last year and a Bengals fan pushed down my buddies 10 year old brother because he was wearing a Steeler jersey. And im not saying all Bengals fans are bad either. There will be ignorant people in every stadium you go to and singling out one city is bull.
