Yes he was on Mind of Mencia, twice. He was the award giver on the Dee Dee Dee awards, and then he was the doctor in the clip show episode in season 1. He is hilarious, both of them.

Yes, I saw him on an episode where Carlos gave out the "Duh duh duh!" awards or whatever... Josh handed out the awards to the "winners."
Brandi is wrong, because I have Season 1 on DVD, and he's on there.
