Since they both are humans and depend on weapons to fight. Who do you belive is the best and will win in a one on one battle.

There's no way Punisher would win. Yes, Punisher is very trained in both weapons and hand-to-hand combat, but nowhere near that of Batman. Batman is a master of EVERY form of martial arts. He's been training since he was 10 years old. He is the closet to being perfect as humanly possible. I would say that Punisher is far more skilled in gunplay play and overall weaponry than Batman, but that means nothing b/c Batman has enemies who are just as good if not better than Punisher when it comes to guns, and he has defeated them. Case in point... Slade Wilson (A.K.A. Deathstroke the Terminator), also Deadshot. And not to sound cliche, but "...he's Batman. He'd find a way." Batman would see Punisher as nothing more than another punk with a big gun.

Both have many weapons, both are very well train and both are normal humans able to take on super humans, it would be a tuff battle, i could swing ether way but i would have to say that batman would win just because he has a larger fallowing. I couldn't see ether of them coming out on top skills wise they are both good at what they do, although Bruce has more money to buy stuff with

Batman fights people with guns all the time. I sincerely doubt Punisher fights anyone on Batman's level on a regular basis. I know he's fought Spiderman and Daredevil, and they are still alive. So, I guess Batman wins.

Batman. He's the better fighter in hand to hand combat and knows how to avoid being shot, that's the perfect combination of skills to defeat the Punisher.

My brother had a pair of crossover comics, the first one Punisher faught the new Batman and won, the second he faught the old one and lost.

The Punisher because he is more ruthless. Batman would capture them and leave them for the cops but Punisher would kill them all.

He has more Resorces and the new batsuit is bullet proof.
Besides Batman does ninjitsu. strike from the shadows.
keeps his opponet off guard. hides in plain sight.
