Huh? What do you mean "real nails?" You want your nails to look "natural" or you want them to help your natural nails to grow? You can buy Sally Hansen Hard as Nails or Nutrisystem to get your nails healthier. Also consider a hair/nail vitamin with Niacin and Pantothenic Acid...eat lots of Jell-O, too. They can do a natural manicure, but they always file your nails down no matter what. Not sure if that's what you're asking, though.

I am not sure why you want someones real nails. That would be like someone ripping off your nails and giving them to someone else.

You need to find a shop that specializes in this as they use cadaver fingernails.
Personally, I'd go the acrylic route.
