How do I go about buying tickets for the race at Las Vegas Speedway to go to the race and meet the drivers also? I have never been to a race before and want to know how to get to meet the drivers and all that. Thank You

Unless the venue sells pit passes you can get in that way and its pretty much if you see them or not. Then they have what they call hot passes which gets you full access to the garages and pits. The normal pit passes do nothing for you when the garages go "hot"..before qualifying..during the race..etc. These are usually allocated to team sponsors, etc but if you can get ahold of them it is unbelievable. More than likely you will have to research where the drivers are and where the closest public access to them would be and hope that they head your way. Get there early as it will get packed as the day goes on. In indy I was lucky enough to get autographs of Gordon, Kahne, Truex jr, and a few others, and pictures with Newman, Busch, Vickers, Sadler, and Hamlin. I had the hot pass for qualifying day. Good luck trying to get your favorite driver. Enjoy the race

well nascar.com has links to buy tickets. either that or racetickets.com are the best two places to buy tickets.
sometimes you can get pit passes..sometimes you can't. pit passes are absolutely no guarantee to meet the driver, b/c well, they are busy when you're allowed to be in those pits with those passes.
the only guaranteed way to meet a driver besides sheer luck at the race or around the race area.. is by going to their sponsered appearances. take a look at which driver you want to see and pull up their appearances. the appearances are winding down for a few weeks as competition gets tight..but they'll be back soon.

You can buy a pit pass, but it doesn't guarantee you a meeting...I think that all depends on the track and how early you get there! We had no luck at Phoenix with those, but Poconos is supposed to be an easy one to meet drivers with a pit pass, I'm not sure about Vegas! There is also a garage pass, but I'm not sure who all can get those!

The pit pass is your best bet and cross your fingers! It's all about being in the right place at the right time! You are better off catching a driver at promotional appearances, check around and see who will be where!

Click on Tickets and go from there

As far as meeting drivers.....you can see if they will be at their souvenir trailor signing autographs or get a pit pass, but like others have said, that doesn't guarantee to see them either. Unless you have a special pass from a company sponsor of a car or the race....then meeting them isn't guaranteed.

A pit pass is expensive. My suggestion would be to find out when and if your favorite drivers will be at their trailers signing autographs. You may have to stand in line for a long time or stand in line to get a ticket to go back the next day to stand in line to see them, but it's worth it!!! Have fun at the race! Go #12!

I think you'd need to get a pit pass? I've been to a couple of races, but not down in the pits...
