Your sentence is really two questions. Which is a better place? Depends on what you want? Hooters - I would suggest to talking to some waitresses there. Kmart and the others are Retail and may look better on a resume than Hooters. Think about what you want in the long run first and then decide which job will be most aligned for that.

As for making the most? Most of these sound like minimum wage jobs. If that's the case, you'll make more in TIPS as a waitress, which would be over and above your minimum. I've worked in BANQUETS at a hotel, they pay better than a restaurant.

I think what you are describing is the anarchist utopia and I am for it but I think we might have counter revolution from those who love the economic system as it is. And I dont think that there are any world societies that are ready to be that loving - because we are herd animals and on the whole - fiercely competitive and status driven. I was part of a social experiment once about alternative economies. We had a revolution and changed the money system to it becoming valueless at the end of each day - and then it became boring. the book the dispossessed by Ursula le Guin outlines two planets - one who are anarchist and one competitive - its an interesting take on what could go wrong. basically I am with you but not sure how many takers in the real world you would get. People like their differential.

Depending on what state you work in, Hooters may be your best option. Just keep in mind what you are actually looking for, too. Do you need flexibility and quick cash? Hooters would be perfect. I live in SC and waitresses make $2.25/hour + tips. I am sure you would do at least as well in your state. I feel that the tips at Hooters are probably pretty good.

If you are looking for something full-time with stock option and health benefit possibilities, go with Home Depot. I have always heard good things about internal promotions within Lowe's and Home Depot.

I would probably steer clear of the other two. If you aren't looking for a career, you will make much more money at Hooters than either of the other two.

I don't think there are easy money for no hard work. perhaps you can setup a website and to earn money through google adsense.

besides, here is a specialized webpage containing 10 methods making money online and doing small business online.

maybe that will help you or give you some bright idea.

At Hooters you will probably make minimum wage; however, you won't care about the wage because of the tips. You will probably make at least 3 x as much at Hooters.
