well, they made that mess!

I think that it is falling apart, very rapidly – a new Vietnam (one for the modern age) – they are going to have to pull out eventually anyway. Thing is, they don’t have the Israeli ability to ignore public (and world) opinion to destroy all, to create the “scorched earth” that might control it, and they are not using a soft enough touch to prevent alienating the people on the ground – so, sadly, the end is inevitable. Stuck in the middle, and loosing many more people (both Americans and Iraqis) along the way.

So, in summary, I guess, they should wise up, and either admit they are wrong and change their approach, or pull out.

Cant see either happening though – shame, really.

We have in this world a world war with the Muslim extremists against, especially, the western world (including the USA). There are presently Muslim started wars in Iraq, Lebanon, Chechnia, Indonesia, plus a myriad of smaller countries. There mission in life is to kill infidels (those not Muslim), however, they also kill Muslims (as in Iraq). If we leave Iraq, Iran will move in and take over the coun try. The Muslims will declare victory, and they will be even more encouraged to fight elsewhere, especially England and the US. The rest of Europe is already submissive to the Muslims, such as Spain and France, so the only one protector country would be England and US, and our ability to put up any resistance would be poor because we didn't have the will to continue in Iraq. The Muslims will have control of most of the worlds oil, so oil prices will jump. If the Muslims are in control, you won't have the freedoms we now are so proud of, and women will suffer.

So, we can fight them and win in Iraq, or we can fight them on our soil. Which would you prefer? They are fanatic and will not stop until they have defeated the world and killed the infidels.

They and other armies ought to make a little detour to Tehran and cut the head of the extremist Islam monster, and then return home.

It's time for Muslims to take accountability for their religion and culture. Stop spinning, and address the fact that the Muslim culture is one of the most oppressive and violent cultures, against its own people, and certainly against other cultures.

For those who believe that the extremist element in Islam is small, the numbers are staggering. There are 1.2 billion Muslims in this world. Lets take a very liberal view that only a very small percentage of Muslims are exterme, while the rest of the Muslim world is very peaceful. So if only 10% of Muslims have extreme point of views, and may be a threat, and must be dealt with, meaning dealing with 120 million Muslims! How about 1%? Then you must deal with 12 million Muslims. How about 1/10 of a percent? Then you must deal with 1.2 million Muslims. The numbers are staggering! How do you propose dealing with even the "very low" figures of 1.2 million Muslim extremists?

It would be to the benefit of Lebanon, Israel, the Middle East, and the World to rid of Hezbollah, Hamas, the Syrian and Iranian regime. It must be done to finally have a chance for peace in the region.

What you for sure do no longer understand is infantrymen do issues they desire did no longer could be carried out interior the 1st place. THEY know that somethings are unsightly yet you do them besides. it extremely is like changing grimy diapers. they could be replaced and if no longer then you definitely who will replace them. the infantrymen over there now desire something you and the insurgents do no longer even think of roughly, a non violent and sturdy Iraq. and that they are keen to sacrifice issues to get it. it is not basically Rush or Fox that checklist infantrymen re-enlisting as a results of fact adult males and females they served with are over there in injury's way. Do they actually need to bypass decrease back in injury's way? no longer no yet hell no. yet they do no longer desire their friends bypass there and not be by utilising their facet. basically considering the fact which you do no longer experience as they do would not rely. they do no longer care the form you experience. They care approximately what could desire to take place to their friends. it extremely is a conservative factor which you does no longer understand.

Those aren't the only two choices. We could stay in Iraq, but do a different mission or do the same mission differently.

they should go home, man.

i have seen on tv lots and lots of people. wemen and children. all dead. you can also see this all over the internet.

and again all over there are iraq warriors that fight against american and aliance troops. i think they fight either because they are fanatics and as some of them swore, they will keep fighting to the last one or until there is no "enemy" left on their lands [this is a stupid idea], either because they have seen their wifes, childrens and grandchildren dead. and believe me, this is not a nice feeling [i do not talk about these feelings because i know them. thank you god that i don`t]

as a final conclusion, they should leave. this is my vote.

"Those who would exchange safety for freedom are unworthy of either."
"The price of liberty is eternal vigilance"
The US forces should stay until the job is done.
Guns and bombs should be used in excess with the enemy refuses to surrender unconditionally.
