If you are a forward, get like a basket ball hoop or a round object that is a little bigger than the ball and try kicking through that. The best thing for a midfielder is pure old running, and a defender, well try doing some work which involves your reflexes, like getting one person to kick the ball towrads you while your back is turned and then tell you to turn around when its close to you and you control it. I've got alot more tips, if you want just link me for more.

I LOVE soccer. I am in a very Italian family (dad came from Italy) so all my siblings played soccer. I'm 14 n have been playing for 10 years (traveling for 6 on an Italian federation team) I love watching it too, especially when Italy won the world cup. I'm going into high school this year, and made my varsity soccer team, which most freshmans barely do. But anyway soccer is my life, my obsession.

It is difficult for anyone to give you detail explanation of drills and techniques. Go to amazon.com, or your local library, get a 'soccer skills' video or book and practice with your mate or by yourself if the exercise allows it.

The basic way to get better at soccer is to just go outside and juggle. Just play with the ball at your feet. Run with the ball...sprint...side step. Just do basic ball handling drills

set up five cones in a row, zig zag through the cones using your right foot then on your way back use your left. if you have two people stand about 5 to 10 meters away from the start and when the first person is on there way back, pass from the last cone.

i would get a soccer ball and dribble around the house...when you go get the mail dribble the ball...when you go get a drink dribble the ball...ive done this and have greatly improved my dribbling. i would also juggle the ball, this will improve your ball-handling skills and your overall touch on the ball
