In case you havent heard there were 21 people busted in Britan [ i believe] and they were planning on bombing 6-10 planes that were comming from Britan into the US. Woah can you image the damage that that would have done. 9/11 was already horrible with just those planes but image 6 - 10 planes!
Thank God they caught them before the country went up in flames.
Whats your feedback and reaction on the situation?
Do you think Britan and the US would fight together in a war against whoever planned the attacks seeing as even though they were comming into the US but it was British Airways that they were on.

Didn't read to much did you the idea was to blow the planes up not crash them into the Country at all.
Yes I can imagine the damage it would be about 1200-2000 people dead.
As sad as it makes me to say that I do believe Britain would follow the U.S. afterall Blair has become a puppet basically, and allowed the British to be pulled into Iraq. Maybe this willl finally cause Blair to realize he is running on dangerous grounds and the target of the major attacks are no longer the U.S. hopefully Blair will pull his support from the U.S.
On the actual Logistics of the attack I'm utterly astonished people in the security organizations didn't think of this before, many chemicals when mixed in liquid form become volatile. Security never use to check them so it would have been quite easy to sneak onboard.
The situation hopefully will show that the U.S. has pissed off a good number of people by electing George W. Bush twice, and it will take years to reconcile the damages done. Other countries may become increasingly popular to live in I bet.

Never took much chemistry did you? They caught them due to raids in Pakistan which led the agencies over there to contact the British government and then raids ensued in England. They were not on planes nor in the airport they are saying they were suppose to fly soon though.

Not much really. Do you know all the details? I sure don't. How do you know the whole thing was not fabricated to increase approval ratings?
I heard they were really looking for little green mean trying to escape by plane from Britain, under the guise of a foiled terrorist plot.

I'm so glad that got caught! I would have never even thought of something like a liquid bomb. I'm curious about how they were able to catch them and also if they caught them at the airport or somewhere else. I can't even begin to imagine what could have happened that scares the crap out of me.

I am scared...this is crazy I feel like we just pissed them off...i think its going to get worse! I dont know whats going to happen but I keep watching the news

I'm just glad their plot was foiled. We shouldn't put our gaurd down and always remember the worst can happen again.
