I've had rape fantasies since the sixth grade, around the time of puberty. It's the only type of sexual act that I think I may find pleasurable(though I wouldn't know yet). At least now you know you have them, but I bet you were confused at first about having thoughts of "raping" someone.. ;) The concept is hard to grasp when you're twelve. *sighs* It's hard to find anything free on the web. But it's completely normal to have them. Don't feel ashamed about it or anything, you haven't hurt anyone. Though if you really want to get rid of them because you feel they disrupt your focus or you feel you can't control yourself, then try: Okay, so the last thing you want to do is say to yourself "Don't think about it" because that will only make it worse. Put on a loose pair of pants with a belt secured around the waist. If you do masturbate, try thinking of other sexual fantasies. What is it about rape that excites you? Say it's the aggression, or coercion, then try turning that into a passionate, romantic roleplay. There's also therapy, as a few others have suggested. If you can't afford that, try speaking with a friend or contact those online who understand(ahem!). Outside distractions can help: Getting a (new) hobby, if you don't already have something to keep you busy. (What's something guys do?) Sports, video games. How old are you? Try saving up money on a vacation, or a nice night out. Try finding an interest in something. Pets, jogging in the park. Give yourself a movie night, so then you'd have something to look forward to. Bring over a buddy, hang out with your friends. There's much in life you can do but we often take for granted. Read a book!
