Could someone post a list of things to do in Lake Tahoe and nearby area? I am going to be there in the labor day weekend. In particular I'll be interested in water sports/activities. Also want recommendations on good resorts.

you need to specify if you are going to north shore or south shore. There is always lots of gambling and shows to see. You can also rent boats and go water skiing or fishing. They also rent jet skis. You are going to love Tahoe, it is beautiful. I live about 1 1/2 hours away and go there all the time. The hyatt on North shore is great. South shore, there are tons of casinos, or you can find a bed and breakfast place.

lake tahoe is a outstanding place to decide for the summer season different than for the imperative valley warmth right here in california. properly over there they have some particularly cool events gondola rides dinner and dancing on a paddle wheeler and warm air ballons i in my view went to camp richardson its a blast

Don't follow my example of Tahoe fun ie fall on your first ski run of the day, twist your knee and spend the next two days watching CNN.

If you are going with alot of people like we did we rented a 7 bedroom condo on the the lake front. It was great and it had a hot tub and pool table. Try it you might like it.

I recommend you take the Heavenly gondola to the top of the mountain. It is outrageously priced but a nice experience and great view.
