Should I have another baby and stay where I am (Belfast) or emigrate the hell outta here?

I don't think you should have a baby for quite a while because you're not settled in your mind.

You're not happy in Belfast so move to another part of Ireland or like you say, emigrate. Leave having another child until you can decide that you are settled and happy where you are.
