I can't rate Answers now? i just get a thumb sign up or down and a flag for report abuse. it won't allow me to rate answers, is this new or is something wrong? HELP.

hi. The switching between Layouts assumes to be a glitch. Mine has replaced final 2 weeks in the past to an exceptionally captivating and new format, then sometimes final week it replaced back to the previous format, then 2 days in the past it replaced back to the recent captivating format. this provides the assumption there's a glitch occurring. besides, sure, curiously maximum persons are at the instant seeing the recent format. Take care.

But you can rate the answers.. that's what the action bar is for. What more do you want to do in the area of rating answers?

go to the top of the home page and there is a bar at the top that explains it all. It's called the action bar
