I need specifically from January 16 to February 5, 2006. Looking for rain amounts as well. Thanks

For official information, you will need to contact the NCDC (National Climatic Data Center) ( http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/ncdc.html ). I found their website pretty worthless, but you can try.

Find "Local" in the Climate section on the left.

You won't find it exactly for that zip code. It doesn't work that way. As stated before, you'll need to find the data for a close airport, namely Reagan, Dulles, or even Andrews AFB.

Try contacting the weather bureau in the DC area.

I think the closest place for you is at Reagan National...you'll have to go through each daily summary and compile the data yourself.
