In the 50's it was the beatniks, in the 60's it was the hippies, in the 70's it was the new agers, in the 80's it was the punks, in the 90's it was the anarchists, and today it is the emo. They are all just shallow, simple-minded people pretending to be all deep and complex for a fad.

"Emo" stands for "emotional punk". If you are "emo", it just means that you're going out of your way to create a subculture so you can exclude others to make yourself feel better b/c you've got low self-esteem.
I always thought that emo was just gay. Not the pound me in the rectum gay. The bad gay.

Emo, as in "i wish my lawn was emo, then it would cut itself."
They live totally for themselves and say that they hate themselves.
They wear a lot of wristbands to hide the cuts on their wrists and they have dirty messenger bags with stupid-sayings buttons on them and they have a hairsprayed swoop of hair in their face.
AND THEY LIVE ON MYSPACE!!!
If that is not a good enough explanation then I don't know what is.
