Prisoner of War status isn't much to brag about, so I'm sure there's no detailed roster, but the data should be somewhere.

The International Red Cross was pretty involved with all prison camps especially in the European theater. They might have something. Also the VA. And the Germans of course kept incredible records that are either kept in Germany or the US, maybe both.

Start with the VA.

I just did a quick search on the web and there doesn't seem to be one single website out there that is purely devoted to WW2 pows. There a lots that deal the subject but it seems to be very fragmented.
