I think unfortunately there are too many ignorant Americans (and foreigners) that want to blame him for everything. I'll give you a couple of severely warped examples.

The wire-tapping: this has been around for DECADES. The worst kept secret in American is the existance of the facility in Virginia which has housed this operation since the 1950s. Every phone call made is monitored for trigger words. These conversations are then kept on file until someone wants to investigate. I have no idea why people would blame Bush except that they are completely ignorant - completely. Completely.

Oil prices: Proper blame needs to go to the idiotic former presidents' policies that let all the oil companies merge into big monopolies. There's no competition. And why are all the millions of idiots driving gas guzzlers around getting less than 10 miles to the gallon blameless? Demand is high thanks to burning 50-80 gallons per week per SUV.

People quickly forgot the recession that Bush took us out of thanks to Clinton. People seem to forget that Clinton refused to go after Osama Bin Laden. Any Marine can tell you they had him detained and was let go per Clinton's orders. The Arizona governor is BLOCKING efforts to get a handle on immigration.

It's easy to blame Bush for everything but that's just wrong. I wish people would educate themselves before they speak. Watching a celebrity spout their opinions or reading liberal newspapers/watching newscasts who get paid advertising money by some of the culprits is not "educating" yourself.

If you don't know what you are talking about - shut up or don't post on a public board.

He makes my blood boil. He sits comfortably at his Ranch with HIS family while others are losing their families in this war. He is a weasle that has no idea how to run a country or have sympathy for others. Yeah, go ahead and play golf with Daddy. He didn't know what he's was doing either. Like father, like son. Just look at his approval rating. The sooner he's out the better. I am not necessarily a democrat(loved Clinton though), I loved Ronald Regan. He was a real man with a plan.

I think George Bush will go down in history as the country's most evil, contemptible, corrupt, incompetent President ever to occupy the White House (to date). -RKO-

He has a difficult job. I don't agree with Iraq, but thus far, he is ok. This is not the popular answer, but I would love to see the Bush haters live in his shoes for a week.

I think he is a 91 IQ, alcoholic, C- Yale graduate who is a convicted criminal and will soon be again!! He will also be impeached!

He should be tried as a traitor for the leak of a CIA agent's name!! And don't tell me he didn't give the OK!

He's no Ronald Reagan but he at least knows we are the good guys. The Dems think everyone's opinion is valid including Osama's.

I have a problem with any elected official who betrays his oath of office.

Bush betrayed his oath of office to support and defend the constitution, by deliberately ignoring constitutional requirements and by calling the Constitution "just a g*d*mn piece of paper".

He betrayed his oath of office to ensure that the laws of this country are faithfully executed, by engaging in illegal warrantless wiretapping in violation of FISA and 18 USC § 2511, and engaging in war crimes in violation of 18 USC § 2441 (federal laws).

He betrayed his oath of office, by actions that he has publicly admitted, and by actions acknowledged by the US Supreme Court.

So, regardless of anything else he's done, he's a criminal and an oath-breaker, and should be Impeached.
