IF you truly feel they are trying to sabotage you...skip trying to talk to them about it. Go straight to your boss!!! As long as he is aware of what's going on, these two girls can do anything they like and it should fall on death ears since your boss will be aware of the problem. Be honest about how you feel...tell him you do not want issues, that you appreciate the job you have...you want to give your upmost dedication, but the girl's actions have come to your attention and it's making you unconfortable.

This way you won't sound like a "whiner"...just somebody that is trying to maintain a professional level in the office.
I'd also start making notes of everything that happens from now on. Later on if they act up really bad...you can get your "evidence" and your notes so you have something to back up your complain.

Good luck!

Don't deal with them. Go directly to your boss or HR and tell them you're concerned that the actions of these girls are hindering your performance in the workplace. Be prepared to give specific examples and don't sound catty or mean.

You could secretly look into knowing some Spanish to show them fools a thing or two.

Concentrate on showing up on time every day and doing your job. If they are truely trying to sabotage you, their efforts will be in vain by following those simple rules of thumb.

Ignore them and let your boss know what is going on.

tuff. Don't show them your weaknesses. Act like nothing bothers you. Are they spanish? Tell them to go back...

I would tell them if they keep *ucking me, I'm going to Human Resources. If they continue the bad behavior, I would do so.
