The best meal I have ever had the pleasure of eating was stuffed tortellini with cream sauce and satued chicken in wine in a restaurant in Italy, Rome I think. I believe it was the Cordova, something like that. Not far from the Spanish Steppes.

Hi,
my mom is italian soooo my favorite foods are pasta dishes. I love a good Alfredo with sauteed chicken breast. Spaghetti and homemade meatsauce or meatballs and italian HOT sausage, lasagna with tons of Mozzarella cheese,Pizza with BIG pepperonos and hot italian homemade sausage and lots of Mozzarella cheese, White Clam sauce with tons of chopped fresh garlic,wine butter all over linguini and topped with parmesan Cheese,Chicken Parmesan or veal Parmesan with Linguini and fresh
homemade tomato sauce,Hot peppers and oil on hot crusty Italian bread
These ,I love so much and I cancook them from scratch( because my momma taught me) my momma loves salami too, I haven't acquired a taste for it.....

Though I live in the U.S. I love Icelandic dried fish. I am Icelandic, but have never gotten to go there so I have to order it online and have it shipped here! Wish I could go and eat it there, fresh!

Sushi..the best one is in Japan...went there once...so much fun and better prepared than here...here is ok but the best is back where it originated from
