I'm from the country, that you guys, call us, Yanks. We have a great health care system in our country as long as you can afford the hospitalization. Which by the way, about 50,000,000.00 Americans go without. The system has to change to receive the necessary coverage, at an affordable price. The insurance companies are killing the doctors with malpractice insurance rates and the managed health care policies are not helping much to reduce the cost. We as a county, have no answers for this and I assume it will be the same old thing in the future...

I say very poor, based purely on my experience in regards to sexual and reproductive health – my GP verbally abused me and refused me treatment because she was ignorant about my choice in birth control, I am constantly questioned about not using hormonal birth control and even the level of care goes down when they learn I do not use the pill, I have had nurses refusing to give me STD tests and refusing me treatment for simple infections, nurses refuse to respect my choices in sanitary protection based on their ignorance, I have been told I have to be heterosexual because I have to be either heterosexual or homosexual…the list goes on.
I have also had no help with my migraine problems that have shown themselves to be potentially fatal and at best a serious disruption to my life, costing me my education and general health for 7 years now, I have been to as many doctors and only ever been given painkillers and one CT scan.
