I believe that GOD doesn't create junk....so why do we pray on people who are different?

Scientifically speaking, beauty or beauty as the majority of humans perceive it, has a specific ratio commonly called the 'divine proportion' or 'golden mean'.
It is (very simplified) a ratio of 1.618 to 1. The human face follows this formula, as well as many natural designs you see all across nature. The closer to this irrational balance, generally the more beautiful a thing is perceived to be.
Personally, I see less of the ratio and more of the inner light as beautiful or ugly...
Whether I have the right or not, I do see some folks as quite ugly and it is always because of the things they do and believe, not the shape or design of their face.

People are too simple-minded not to categorize everything around them. They can't perceive the world without doing so.
Everyone has different tastes, more or less like others do, and they put people under a label: ugly, pretty, beautiful etc.
God, however, by being a supremal being, does not "work by our laws", and He doesn't need labels. He sees beyond primitive aesthetic tastes, and has his own aesthetic concepts in which we all fit in. Some people just can't comprehend that.

I personally don't believe in God. HOWEVER, if GOD had to be real I would think of God as more of my parents. The combination of two and their DNA and family line. UGLY is such a strong word but yes you may be labeled as ugly through ones eyes. Realize that someone else might see this UGLY as beautiful. So ugly isn't really ugly and beautiful isn't really beauty. Just be.

your genes determine that to a great extent, but you must remember that there is an exception to everything, some good lookers have ugly kids and vice versa.
