Call your doctor -- now!!!

That happened to me during 2 separate pregnancies. One ended in miscarriage and one ended with a perfect baby girl. Call the doctor but don't expect any answers. They might make you come into the office and be able to tell you nothing or they will just tell you to take it easy and wait and see. Even if they do an ultrasound and get a heartbeat it doesn't mean that you still won't miscarry (that happened to me, I heard the heartbeat then miscarried the next day.)

If you do miscarry it will break your heart but know that it is nature's way of telling you something was wrong with the pregnancy and the baby would not have survived.

Know that eventually your heart will heal.

Good luck, I'll be thinking of you.

I had that too. Supposedly it's the egg attaching itself to the uterine wall, and your uterus expanding a little, also your body thinking it's suppose to menstruate

Listen, for peace of mind go to the doctor...have him do an ultra sound. If he sees the heart beat, know that you only have a 2% chance of miscarriage. That's a low percentage. The heart-beat is the biggest plus right now.

A woman's body is a beautiful machine...think about how you will do nothing and this child is growing in you. Every bit of your being...is working and coming together to help this child grow.

There's a book you should go buy it's called: What to Expect When You're Expecting. That book will answer a lot of your questions that you will have going forward.

Good Luck & Congratulations.

When I saw pregnant with my second son I had spotting all the time. The colour was bright red and I went for scans and there was nothing wrong, Im not saying go with what I was told but I am sure you will be fine. Just give you GP or midwife a ring to find out what it could be. DOnt for get you can call your midwife at any tie of the day or night. If you are in the UK you can ring the NHS direct line. You could then speak to a nurse and she will find out for you and ring you back. Just for peace of mind. Good luck

Where there is concern I would see a doctor. Given the time that you are pregnant any concern is justified but rather than listen to us on here the best bet and only true way to get relief from concern and worry is let a professional doctor do the diagnosis.

Call your doctor. You need to be seen soon just to be safe for now. Brown spotting isn't life or death yet so be calm and wait for the doctor to get back to you. If you see bright red then go to the ER and F00k the phone call.

those were the two magic warning signs for an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, usually the only ones you get! This is life threatening if you have an ectopic pregnancy your health is at serious risk, and you should call an ob, or go to the e/r and let them know your symptoms at once!!! My o/b told me on day one that if i had those two symptoms together, to call the office immediately, and tell a nurse!

It could be a sign of complications. I did that around 3 months and miscarried. Get to the doctor or ER now!

check with your doctor he should be the one to tell you if its okay for you or not. Some women experience that and its normal to happen in pregnancy but don't wait for the worst. call your doctor right away if you think something is wrong, even if is normal to everyone. You are probaby ok, but if you have insurance, why NOT go to the doctor just to be sure?? This is your baby! and of course you want to look out for them starting now!! I went to the doctor and they said I was ok, now I am 28wks. and not one more complication. Good Luck!!
