In the world, im pretty sure its Mohammed because most Muslim males keep that as their forename after the holy Prophet

yes or abdul or john or jesus or william depending on the country. in the world it would be extremely difficult to determine that I would think. but I am sure someone somewhere just had to know.

No. it's Mister for men and Misses for women. Almost everyone I have ever met answers it them.
