Like, has it become a significant part of your daily life and does it come in the way of your other stuff in the day?

i have done alot on computers....its the best thing at present in my life ! taking it all away would be like stealing a candy from a babiy's mouth. Removing the internet from the computer would be like removing the sweet sugary taste from the candy which would make it sweetless.

I am a small baby and i need a candy with its sweet taste. For one day it would be fine. But for more than three days would make me go mad. Thinking about the mails that i would have gotten in my inbox would drive me crazy....so in the end,, its extremely hard for a continous user to leave a computer . But its easy for small children and amateurs.

Wow I am online so much! I talk to my freinds only through IM, I listen to music online, I am basicly online 24-7! It's my life. And yes it dose come in may was of other things. I rushed though lunch this afternoon to get back online before on of my freinds i was talking to got off and right now i should be cleaning my room and going through my clothes so I can fit my clean laundry in my draws but instead I"m doing this. Hmm if my internet got taken away for a week I would be sooo boared! I would have absolutly NOTHING to do, I'd loose touch with my freinds for that week, and hmmm...I'd probably end up reading a book or like spending time with my family (witch are 2 things I barley ever do so its like a scary thought for me!)

Ahhhh, no. I am sweating cold at the very thought.
I shop, I talk, I do business, I research, I bank
I do it all online.
Don't take my life away, please!

seriously though, I also have a family and dogs so I don't just sit here all day typing, no matter what Mrs Barney says.

It is jsut that I would only get a small amount of things done if I didn't have the net. Takes 5 mins to pay one bill by phone and about the same time to pay them all online.

I spend 2-3 hours a day on Yahoo, Email etc, and another couple on my work PC. I surf the net, use Ebay, etc.

Went on Holiday for 2 weeks did not miss it a bit.

Had it in pieces for 2 weeks for a new mother board, did not miss it at all. Only problem is the amount of mail when you get back.

Take it away for a week? NEVER, a day would be too long! I get withdrawal symtoms if I cannot get on the Internet. We have it at work, but management have put a block on it. It used to pass the nightshift a treat, but alas no more. I have the complusion to constantly check my e-mails. My fiancee reckons I am addicted to the internet, but I would rather be on here than watch the programmes she does. They include: Emmerdale, Eastenders, Coronation Street, Big Brother, Love Island....Need I go on? Give me my trusty internet anyday thanks!

I am demented with my husband as he,s never off the flamin thing he even pretends he,s done other things so that i don,t think he,s been on it i,ve actually smashed one up. That didn,t help, he must be the most addicted person on the internet in the world

I use it nearly every day, I had to do without it as my monitor broke and wasn't able to use the net for two weeks. I felt lost without it I was surprised that I had become so reliant on it.

I use the internet about 12hours a day (well, at least). But I can live without it. When i'm on holiday, I don't really care.

I would probably get a lot more work done both at work and around the house. Even more if the TV is down.
