Dr. Strangelove, Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb. Directed by Stanley Kubrick(2001: A Space Odyssy, A Clockwork Orange, Full Metal Jacket). A very funny and interesting movie.

Well there are a lot of films, but I have to say "Oldboy", is a Korean film. By the way, Hollywood is gonna do a remake of this film.
