I generally do. I try not to make snap judgements & I'm aware that not everybody is "on" at all times. I am very extroverted so have no trouble meeting people & I can talk with almost anyone!
I love to meet new people!!

I normally like all the people I come into contact with. There are those occasions though when I meet someone that I know instantly that this is a person I do not want to associate with.

I try not to come into contact with too many people. I try to be nice to the ones that I do come in contact with unless they give me attitude and then that makes me want to jack them up! I do not like rude people.
Mean people suck.

Yeah, or I would avoid contact with them altogether. I can usually "read" people before any words are ever exchanged.

if u mean messenger...sometimes they're people i DONT know because they add me but MOST of them are people i know!! but if u mean by PHONE ...of course NOT cuz i dont no them!
