is it easier to learn to ollie on carpet or on a streat

Although a carpet is safer in case you fall, it's easier to learn on a street because the wheels will actually roll and you'l have more momentum, it'll b easier to ollie if you're moving. On a carpet the skateboard will have a hard time rolling. Hope I helped!

on the street.... just hold onto a short fence or something about hip-level and let it hold your weight as you do the ollie... eventually once you get the motion down you can begin to let go and do the trick without holding on

prolly the carpet in case u fall but u have to get on the street sooner or later!

fingerboarding is the way to go....its all the rage with middle agers whose knees are far to brittle to board now

street, if you fall...it hurts, and most likely its gonna happen again so get use to it :)
