According to www.peeonastick.com they are just as accurate as any other tests of the same sensitivity.

From what I read on that site, HPTs are very inexpensive to make - literally pennies to make them, so what you are really paying for is expensive packaging and advertisements.

Best of luck to you!

I used a Dollar Store pregnancy test and it came out positive, This is my first child and I was 5 weeks along when i took the pregnancy test from the dollar store and it came out positive. they might just have alot more false negative or positive results then more expenisive brands. im not too sure why they are so cheap but they do work great! but get like 3 of them when you do test just to make sure they all say the same thing....

If you want to be positive, go to the Dr. and get a pregnancy test. That's the only way you'r going to know for sure, the home pregnancy tests aren't 100% reliable.

That is one thing you should spend the extra cash on so you know the results are as acurate as they can be
Your taking it to put an end to the wondering so why wonder if the test was good enough

yes, My sister has bought all four of hers at the dollar tree for a dollar and with all her 4 kids they came back positive! Depends on how high your hcg level is for any home preg. test to come back positive! GOOD LUCK

They are not too bad, but if you are testing really early (like before your period is due) they are not real great. I have gotten a positive with them at 4 weeks into pregnancy, but I was having twins and my hormone levels were really high.

As long as they are not expired then they should work OK.

Some brands of pregnancy tests are more sensitive than others.

When i was pregnant, I bought one from the dollar store. I knew i was pregnant but i just wanted to be curious to see if it actually worked, and I did. It came out positive.
