Back when Iron Man was Tony Stark one of the wealthiest people in the world he had an AC unit built in. Sorry I don't know the issue number that references this. But I used to have it and remember reading it.

I'd think so...depends on how hot the day is. I would think it be hell in that outfit. dont cha? I would probably hurt to touch the outer shell of his costume with a bare hand if it does get hot.

I don't recall any mention of that in the years that I read the comic book. These days, I'm sure he has a solid-state cooling system built in.
