FIRST OF ALL, it depends whether you're talking about day or night eye make up. Coz i think that no guy would like a girl who's wearing heavy eye makeup [smokey eyes, thick eyeliner etc] when it's freaking bright outside. haha. JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE. Put on a good concealer, Curl your lashes, Few coats of mascara, light eyeshadow. I recommend white eyeshadow - it totally brightens up the eyes. =)

It depends on who this guy is.
If the guy is,
the father , yes
the lover , y
a date , y
the husband ,preferebly should not because he is gonna be with you for 50 years and if he likes your makeup now,how will he like you at age of 80.So concentrate on care instead of beauty for your husband.
Beauty (seen differently by all) can be essential but not sufficient for a lovely life.

I dont think so. If a girl is wearing so much make up it covers all her natural beauty, it ruins the purpose of going out with a pretty girl

No, it is nice to accent your features, but never over do it. Simple colors and mascara do the trick. Some guys prefer no make up at all. I guess it depends on the guy.

Most guys don't like alot of makeup of any kind. Well young guys might, but men don't. :p

I dont think it should be that important just a little make up is okay, but it is when it comes off that matters because you cant have it on 24/7. natural is better.

No - unless it is creatively done for an outfit or uniform, usually it is overdone and it looks slutty.
