because you think that it's always you.
you always perceive that bad things only happen to yu because you are already expecting that it will happen. why not focus on something else? for a change, why not focus on something good or positive.
when bad things happen, we are fast in asking " why?" But if something great comes along, we never ask. we just accept it. no questions asked.
instead of always asking "why", start thinking of " perhaps it's because..." then do something about it.

That is a question that you need to ask yourself. What am I doing that causes this to happen to me? How am I inviting the same thing to keep happening repeatedly? Ask yourself these questions, and you will have your answer.

Selective memory. You don't notice all the times it doesn't happen to you.
Or bad karma. Not sure without further information.
