According to a very old book I read about Tarzan, he found a picture of his father, a razor, and a mirror where his parents used to live. He used that to learn how to shave because by then he was figuring out he wasn't an ape.

Because the forest where he was raised, was next to the Gillette factory. He used to go through the trash every night collecting the 1, 2, 3, and 4 blade razors (Of course, these don't seem to work anymore now that the FIVE razor razor is available) to shave with every night.

Actually thats quite a good point, although i dont think anyone will be able to answer it for definite.
Maybe he found a razor.
A lot of films and programs aimed for the younger audiences have faults like this.Its a kind of insult to our minors.
