Cats, dogs, other mammalian pets can serve as vectors for lice but lice are strictly human pathogens. For example, if you have lice and you shake them from your head onto your cat they may live long enough to be transferred to another human but they can't dine and reproduce on the cat. Think of cats as a temporary lodging not a home.

Yes, but lice that like a cat won't like you, and vice versa. Expect it to last a few days before the lice decide to leave you in favor of a more compatible meal.

Yes. Lice are little bugs that just live in your scalp and then lay eggs in your hair. If your hair comes in contact with the cat's hair (with lice), the lice themselves can jump from the cat into your hair. Some of the eggs can also fall into your hair. Basically, if you come into contact with lice, you can get lice... from any animal or surface.
