When you get out of bed in the morning, do you brush your teeth first, or do you have coffee or tea first?

I hate to admit it, but I eat first and then brush my teeth. I know some people may feel that this is a nasty habit, especially for a female. I am the cleanest person I know, I just feel that it defeats the purpose to brush my teeth and then eat eggs, grits, and a bisquit. I would have to end up brushing my teeth again anyway, so I just wait.

**This dirty habit only applies to the a.m. I do brush my teeth before I go to bed

Now that I think of it. It seems a lot smarter to drink my coffee, and then brush my teeth. But I brush my teeth after I take a shower, and then I have my coffee after I get to work. Then I chew some trident brush your teeth gum! :-)

well.....usually i like gurlgul n then have coffee n then brush cause then the bad stuff in the coffee that gets on ur teeth will come off when you brush. but sometimes i brush before n then drink coffee
