Do you have PCOS?? Losing weight with PCOS is 10x harder to do than the average person. I have PCOS & can't lose the weight easily. Doctor said either low carb (which I can't seem to stick with) or a 1200-1500 calorie plan (which is what is working for me).
No matter what size you are you can get pregnant. My aunt weighs close to 300 lbs & she has 5 kids.

Here is what I have been doing I went on the diet that my mom had to go on before her gastric Bypass and I have been on it for a week and I already gone down a belt loop. When I'm eatting I wont eat more then 1/2 a cup, every 2 hours. It's easier for your body to digest food in this manner. Also, stay away from Junk Food lay off the bad sugars. If you really want some of the just foods I would stick with 100 Cal packs. I have also started walking 2 times a week and I'm starting yoga...
Good Luck and email me if you have any questions regarding weight loss.

If you focus more on the weight that you want to lose - then you will have more problems with the pregnancy weight that you will gain.
Focus more on being healthy. Change your lifestyle. Eat plenty of lean meat, fresh vegetables & fruit - and drink plenty of water. Not soda, not crystal light, not anything - but water.
I went on the South Beach diet. When they say "lose belly fat first" - they weren't kidding. You lose your real fat first, on this diet. And it's real food. No bars, no shakes, no pills, no fads. All real food. And I bought a dog. Walked her every day. She loved it, I lost over 50 pounds in one summer. Got me off the carbs, and slowly let me get back into it. I threw out every bag of potato chips that I had in my house. Stopped eating at Burger King & McDonald's. Those "healthy salads" that fast food places have - the calories really add up with all the gunk that they put on them, so stay away.
Now, pregnant with twins - after losing all that weight...it's been pretty hard watching the scales go back up again. But, I'm gaining healthy weight. Baby healthy weight. I'm still sticking to the fundamentals of the south beach, eating lean meats, fruits, and vegetables, staying away from chips & white carbs. Drinking water. And in this heat, I've been drinking a lot of water. And...this is the first pregnancy that my OB is telling me that my weight is good!

Try Weight Watchers. It's the best thing that ever happened to me; I got my lifetime last week after losing 51.6 lbs. You have to be prepared to make adjustments to your eating and exercise routines, but you're still allowed the occasional treat (cutting things out of your diet only leads to binging, as does starving yourself!). The best thing about it is you can eat normal food that you cook yourself, and it teaches you how to reevaluate your eating habits to remain healthy after you're done losing the weight. The support from the meetings is awesome. Where else will you get a round of applause for losing a pound and a half!? You can do this, and you will be so glad that you did. Good luck with your weight loss journey and with conceiving!

First off I wish you luck. Being overweight myself is a issue I deal with constantly, fortunately I have 3 beautiful kids. The first step is to find out about weight lose options with a doctor, your health should be the first goal. When you have found a plan that works for you then make a decision to have kids

Hi
This is the best way that I have lost weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Well, I know this sounds repetative, but the only real way is to eat healthy food to give you energy, and make sure you do some kind of physical activity each day, even if it's just walking. And the only way to do it is to get it into your mind that you are not going to cheat on your diet, nor be lazy and not work out.
I used to be 250 lbs (I'm 5'7") but I got pretty big. I lost 50 lbs, and I'm now a size 14, (I got up to size 24) the hardest part is the first couple of weeks. It takes time to get that junk food and soft drinks and greasy food out of your system. But, the thing that I noticed is, once that junk gets out of your system you stop craving it. And once I got into the habbit of eating healthy, I started craving healthy food. You just have to get over that initial hump for the first two weeks. Good luck!
