its microsoft works and i dont know how to reinstall it because it came with it

Put the CD back in and reinstall it. Or if it was on a website download it again. If you don't have the CD or it isn't on the internet I guess you can't do anything.

If it's a computer you purchased from a vendor/retailer, it should have either come with the program cd's to reinstall, or it may have come with a vendor cd containing the necessary setups for that exact machine. Obviously wit a program cd, just reinstall it. If you have a cd from the vendor (application or program cd), usually you can insert it and it will launch a window where you can choose what to install (my old Sony Vaio laptop had this).
If you purchased the computer second-hand, you probably do not have the disks. Therefore you will have to purchase the program.
Note: For Microsoft Works / Microsoft Office -- Try Open Office instead. It's free and is a very good program.

Try Start, Program, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore and check a date before you removed the program.
