My bank officer has been looking at my personal acct and giving out info to others, do I have a case?

This is a violation of my privacy

Report him to the bank management and see where it goes from there. Depending who he has been giving your info to, you might have a case, but there are many agencies that have the right to check your account.

ABSOLUTE VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. TELL HIS SUPERIORS BUT HAVE PROOF. THEN SUE THE BANK.
