National Rail is best bet.

Avoid the Trainline as they have a service charge, but if you buy through a train company (either by phone or online) you just pay the cost of the ticket

Also consider taking a Great Western Link (not High Speed) service into London and buying a GNER advance from Kings Cross to Leeds - that may offer cheaper fares if you split the ticket at London and pay the Tube transfer yourself

National Rail website is a good place to start. I think it is www.nationalrail.co.uk. Definitely has times and think it also has prices.
