HELP!!! I think it may be something serious?

I have lower back pains a lot and i was feeling dizzy also for a few days and it aches under my stomac too, nothing seems to help.
I'm 50 and my last visit to the gino turned out normal...thanks soooo much!

You might have a kidney infection or bladder infection. Lower back pain can also be from constipation. I would ask the Doctor.

could it be kidney stones?
