Madonna is too controversial, but i like that. I don't really like Celine Dion's music and she's married to a creepy old guy, but she is a Canadian. Sheryl crow is my pick, she actually plays an instrument compared to the other 2, she has or has already overcome breast cancer, and she's a country girl who can rock.

Madonna. She makes everyone mad of what she does but it would come close because Celine Dion could sing a high note and make them go deaf. I'm sorry to say that Sheryl Crow had no chance because all she's got is a guitar.
