Take out the battery and let it sit for a while. Don't let the battery touch any metal surface. Now put it back into the phone. Turn it on. If it doesn't work then try once more. Try dust off the battery. If that doesn't work then go to the phone place and ask them what's wrong with it. They'll probably give you a new battery.
Or it might need to be charged.

You have to hold the power button down and give it a couple secs to turn on. If you're already doing this, your phone is faulty and if you just got it, it should still be under warranty. Take it back to the company and ask for a replacement phone.

Charge it. When u get new phones u have to us it untile the phone shuts off by its self. Then let it charge for about 8 hours or 5(5-8hrs.). When u let it charge that long it will start working. But just let it sit charging forabout 5 to 8 hrs. Hope it helps

The POWER button usually has a little scribed picture of a phone to indicate the POWER button.
Press and hold it in till you see lights come on and it power up.
Charge the battery cause when they go dead, THEY GO DEAD.
Go on line and type in the model and name of the phone if you don't have a Manuel on it and search for on line instructions too!

try holding down the button for a little bit longer, my daughters takes forever for some reason, if that doesn't work, you said you just got it, bring it back. sounds like a problem. could be battery dead. either way, if it's new, bring back
