Seriously, if he didn't have that Ferrari under him would he be able to win an F1 race (and don't say he did with Beneton, the field was alot more even back then)

Not a chance. Going to every race. You can predict the top three in any particular order. Alonso,Schumacher, and Riakianan. every now and then one of those three will miss the podium. F1 badly needs a spending cap on teams. Otherwise Ferrari will be spending 20 billion dollars a year to win, a " world " championship.

Maybe, at long as they will give him a good car he will be able to win. Did you know why Schumi got so strong with ferrari?
Its because when every race was over and the team will stay to work on the car he would stayed also, so he could understand more the car and be able to tell his team what to improve in the car. while most of the other guys will just leave and go home or celebrate, schumi will stayed to work with his former team ferrari. that is why he became so good. Also, he his good driving, and when he races his mind is 100% in the race. He always ask his director to keep him imform where are the other cars so he can develop a strategy while his running. So he is the best of the best on a ferrari or a toro roso he will keep winning.

Good question! I think if Toro Rosso could afford Michael, he would definitely have a lot of say in changing the qualities of the car to suit his driving style. If it's just him, I think he could drive just about anything.

But it's not just Michael, and it's not just the car. Watch the pits and see how organized the Ferrari pit crew is. They're like a Swiss watch, and every one of them does their specific task perfectly every time. This makes Ferrari's pits a nearly a second faster than anyone else, and they don't tend to make any mistakes (a wheel nut comes to mind). How many times has Ferrari's pit strategy and crew won the race?

Not a chance. The same could be applied the other way where Ferrari would fail without Schumie. They (Ferrari and Schumie) have built such a relationship and think they are invincible. Its pathetic!

Well, he couldn't win in 2005 in a Ferrari (except for the anomaly at Indianapolis), so there is absolutely no chance he would or could win in a Toro Rosso.

in the rain, he'd have a good chance bcos a restricted V10 wouldnt be as handicapped as the other V8s then (it would speed up faster but top speeds would be down due to rain, so he'd have a greater advantage over everyone else)

saying that car would also handle badly as i think part of the conditions to using the restricted to V10 is they have to cap their budget, not sure on level probly $55m which was about minardis budget beforehand - so they wouldnt have as much to spend on suspension, handling and driver aids. also they would be limited with testing somewhat for him to familiarise himself with car etc (as that costs money in fuel etc)

does everyone know that gerhard berger is team director and part owner now ?? ;o)
