Remember he averages about .307 with 45 hr's and 125 rbi's a year. I don't care what people are saying about him this year, I would trade for him in a second.

Forget about a salary cap or who you would have to trade for him, I just want to know if you would want him.
Also what about Bonds. I'd take him without even thinking about also. Although I'd prefer to have him DH

No way. He's not a team player. I wouldn't want Bonds either, the taint of drugs would be too much. I'd rather have an honest player.

Who wouldn't want A-Rod on their team?
And for all the people who say he sucks cause he didn't go anywhere with the Rangers and can't win a world series with the Yankees, it takes more then one amazing player to win a world series. Think about it...it's the RANGERS you're talking about, they've never had any kind of pitching. Also, the Yankees are good, and a much better supporting cast, but they always falter in some sort of area and up till this season, it's never been A-Rod's fault, this is the first season where he's not living up the hype. So I do hate him, but I would want him on my team and give him a break.

No doubt Alex is a great player and by the time his career is done will be the greatest player ever, minus his defensive though. Unfortuanatley his leadership skills in my opinion are questionable and his attitude might not be the greatest. I don't think I would take him despite his obvious greatness but without leadership skills and a 20 million dollar contract I would pass.

He's on my team and that's where he needs to be. The best of the best. The funny thing about people hating on Arod is that they have these super hero expectations for him when he is in fact humane. He is still the reigning MVP and his slumps are better than most players record seasons.

Nope the Red Sox has a golden glove 3rd baseman and a decent shortstop .
We don't want him.
As for Bonds we don't need his weak knees either

If my team got ARod, they'd have about $1.35 left to spend on the whole rest of the team. So I'd have to say "no", but apart from that, I'm sure it wouldn't take long before I'd stop despising him, and start cheering for him.

yes, his numbers are incredible every year and any team would love to have those numbers added to their roster... but the thing to be considered is what it would take to get him on your team... the yankees would probably require a frontline starter as well as other major-league ready prospects in return for a-rod.. they also would probably want the team acquiring him to pick up most if not all of his contract... a-rod is a great player, but he is definitely not worth the price. i would not want my team to trade for him

Yes I will take him and give them chipper jones and a draft pick. This guy is awesome and people must respect the fact he has played short all his life that is a huge change

Of course, he may have his problems in 3rd base but he can put up some big numbers, And i think the Twinkies need more muscles as well.
*Go Twinks!*
