He can tell the authorities and you can probably go tojail for it since you have an agreement from the court saying that he is to get them on the weekends. Don't do it.

Hello! If the visitation order is already in place you would be violating the terms of agreement and face going to jail or him recieveing full custody! You would make things very easy for him! Do you still have feelings for this guy? Why wouldn't you want him to see his kids? How would you feel if it was the other way around?

You don't want to be on the wrong side of the LAW on this one.

Is there some reason why you don't want your husband to have HIS children that you've not stated here? Or are you just being a vindictive b i t c h. (If so... it's probably the same kind of behavior that has contributed to the reason that you're living in separate houses).

I don't get it... it's HIS weekend. Why would you not HAND THEM OVER, gleefully, for the sake of doing what's right and for the children?

I really don't understand a person that thinks like you do.

Don't make things harder than they have to be. Abide by the custody and visitation orders.

Yoiu are wrong. If that is the agreement, abide by it. You have separated from him, not the children. Do not teach them to hate because of your feelings. If it is a matter of safety, get it straight with the authorities.
