Do Football players wear cleats?

Also, if they do, could some people get hurt when tackled if they get their hand stepped on?

Yes, football players wear cleats to maintain their traction for running and blocking and tackling. Many, if not most, will change the length of their cleats depending on the field conditions - shorter for dry and firm conditions, and longer for slick and muddy conditions.

Most of the time. Every once in a while a football kicker will kick with a cleat only on his plant foot but, Yes, most of the time.

NFL players are bred to play and die soon after they can't compete anymore. FIFA soccer players are in the best shape of their lives and are physically and mentally capable of taking flips, headers, kicks, trips, punches, elbows, shoves, and falls. Don't get me wrong though, NFL players are all trucks. They can bulldoze over most people, however, they aren't that mobile and bred for a specific position while a FIFA soccer player is expected to be able to play any position. To answer your question about FIFA players rolling on the ground on the ground and whining, I have to tell that they are doing that because they are sneakly trying to draw fouls not because they are hurt. Its a puss way to draw fouls but is very effective. If its a question of toughness, I think soccer players win hands down because they are expected to play longer and continuously while Football players get breaks every minute or so. I have nothing againgst football, but I agree with your friend FIFA players are more tough than football players.

Yes, but it hurts more when your hand gets crushed between two facemasks. There is simply a lot of pain involved in football.
