What is a good way to find a roomate?

I am looking for a roomate and its hard to know where to start looking. I work with a lot of older people who already have homes and families. My family is me and my dog and I need to find someone to live with. Things is HOW?????

well i know there are websites that find roommates. i dont know if you live in a big town and how old you are. if you are a college student you could find a roommate through a local newspaper or campus newspaper. Another thing you could do is ask friends if they know anyone or i would just put a ad in the paper saying you need a roommate. good luck
