what is better Guitar or Drums?

Guitar.

1. you could have a one man band with a guitar, but not with drums...well you could but you stick around and listen???
2. You can write songs on guitar, which is the most money making job in the music business. Once you're a famous songwriter, you got work because you have what people need. If you're a famous drummer, better hope that your band stays together or that you can find another established band or studio work
3. the musical knowledge you gain from guitar you can transfer to new instruments.
4. Since bass is a guitar without 2 strings just lower, you'll pretty know what's going on with bass guitar just by learning guitar.
5. You plug in your headphones to your amp and still hear the full sound of the electric guitar, drums you can put on pads but it muffles the sound to bring down the volume.
6. How many famous guitar players/songwriters can you name? Now how many famous drummers can you name? exactly.
7. do I need to go on???

Actually to answer this question I really think since you have it narrowed down to 2 instruments that you should learn them both! Check out Dave Grohl of the foo fighters, played drums for Nirvana now lead singer and studio drummer for foo fighters. Now that's bad *** dude!

I like both but I play the guitar and I love to learn new songs and riffs on my guitar.

Guitar. You can't write songs on a drumset. You can't play melodies or chords on drums. The guitarist stands in the front while the drummer is way in the back.
One benefit - Its a sitdown job.
