Can anyone else see what the war on terroism is? or the war on the control of the ever decreasing and drying oil fields. what sre we worth as humans? not much in the eyes of our leaders because, of what we are having to put up with on a daily basis now, 9/11, 7/7, and every other staged and performed terrorist threat. loss of life does not balance the scale of the price of oil.

You know I watched the movie Kingdom of Heaven some time ago. And I have one famous quote from it. I don't remember the exact words but the guy named Tiberias told Bailan; "For a long time I thought I was fighting for the God, but now I realize I only fought for wealth and more land". This says it all. Also, the last line of the movie sends messages to the world (esp. to Middle East countries) "What's Jerusalem worth?"

Is it worth all the deaths and the misery both sides have been taking for centuries?

It is not. Hope, one day they can see it.

Bravo; but you must know by now that human life is worthless. It is power that is what is important. Oil is money, and money is power. Before oil, it was gold; before gold, it was land. The population of the planet has grown too large. The leaders of the world are looking for any reason to reduce those numbers. It has happened many, many times throughout history.

Ask the assholes in the White House. I really don't know what their reply would be: Maybe tens of thousands, hundereds of thousands, millions or more then that?
