i'm talking about the very end of their waltz. then he dipped donyelle and got REALLY close.

No, they did not kiss, they did a forehead to forehead ending, that looked like they did, and yes, they were very close, but they didn't. All partners must get very close. Like when Heidi was thrown up, and she spread her legs wide in that ending? His arms were totally between her legs.
